Lietošanas noteikumi

1. Piekrišana un vecums

Lietojot "Uzmini Cenu" (turpmāk – lietotne), tu piekrīti šiem noteikumiem un privātuma politikai. Lietotni nodrošina Mārtiņš Mortukāns, Rīga, Latvija. Lai izveidotu lietotājvārdu, tev jābūt vismaz 13 gadus vecam vai jālieto lietotne ar vecāku piekrišanu.

2. Kas ir pakalpojums

Lietotne ir spēle, kurā mini publisku sludinājumu prasītās cenas. Cenas ir tādas, kādas portālā bija sludinājumā datu ielasīšanas brīdī; tās var būt novecojušas vai kļūdainas. Lietotne nav īpašuma, auto vai jebkādas mantas vērtējums un nav finanšu vai nekustamā īpašuma konsultācija. Lietotne ir bez maksas, bez reklāmām un bez pirkumiem.

3. Konts un lietotājvārds

Ierīce saņem anonīmu kontu automātiski; tu izvēlies lietotājvārdu. Lietotājvārds nedrīkst uzdoties par citu personu vai portālu, saturēt aizskarošus, naidīgus vai maldinošus vārdus. Mēs varam pārdēvēt, apturēt vai dzēst kontu, kas pārkāpj noteikumus. Kontu vari dzēst pats: Profils → Dzēst kontu.

4. Godīga spēle

Aizliegts izmantot automatizāciju, vairākus kontus, kļūdas vai citus paņēmienus rezultātu uzlabošanai. Pārkāpumu gadījumā varam noņemt rezultātus no līderu tabulām un slēgt kontu.

5. Trešo pušu saturs

Sludinājumu fakti un fotogrāfijas pieder to autoriem un portāliem. Mēs rādām tikai faktus ar norādi uz avotu un saiti uz oriģinālu; fotogrāfijas tiek ielādētas no portāla. Ja esi sludinājuma autors vai portāls un vēlies noņemšanu, raksti uz mortukans@gmail.com – noņemsim 24 stundu laikā.

6. Tavs saturs

Vienīgais tavs saturs ir lietotājvārds un avatāra izvēle. Tu dod mums tiesības tos rādīt citiem spēlētājiem līderu tabulās, dueļos un istabās, kamēr pastāv tavs konts.

7. Intelektuālais īpašums

Lietotne, tās dizains, nosaukums un kods pieder pārzinim. Šie noteikumi nedod tiesības tos kopēt vai izmantot ārpus lietotnes.

8. Atbildības ierobežojums

Lietotne tiek nodrošināta "tāda, kāda tā ir", bez maksas. Ciktāl to pieļauj Latvijas patērētāju tiesību aizsardzības normas, mēs neatbildam par zaudējumiem, kas radušies, paļaujoties uz lietotnē redzamajām cenām, vai par pakalpojuma pārtraukumiem.

9. Izbeigšana

Tu vari pārtraukt lietošanu jebkurā brīdī, dzēšot kontu. Mēs varam pārtraukt vai mainīt pakalpojumu, iepriekš par to paziņojot, ja tas ir saprātīgi iespējams.

10. Piemērojamie tiesību akti

Noteikumiem piemēro Latvijas Republikas tiesību aktus, saglabājot patērētāja mītnes valsts obligātās tiesības. Strīdus var risināt arī ES tiešsaistes strīdu izšķiršanas platformā: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

1. Acceptance and age

By using "Uzmini Cenu" (the app) you agree to these terms and the privacy policy. The app is provided by Mārtiņš Mortukāns, Riga, Latvia. You must be at least 13 to pick a username, or use the app with a parent's consent.

2. The service

The app is a game in which you guess the asking prices of public classified listings. Prices are as shown on the source portal at the time we read them; they may be outdated or wrong. The app is not a valuation of any property, vehicle or item and is not financial or real-estate advice. The app is free, with no ads and no purchases.

3. Account and username

Your device gets an anonymous account automatically; you choose a username. Usernames must not impersonate a person or a portal, or contain offensive, hateful or misleading words. We may rename, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules. You can delete your account yourself: Profile → Delete account.

4. Fair play

No automation, multiple accounts, exploiting bugs or other tricks to improve scores. We may remove results from leaderboards and close accounts that break this rule.

5. Third-party content

Listing facts and photos belong to their authors and portals. We display facts only, credited and linked to the original; photos are loaded from the portal. If you are the advertiser or portal and want a listing removed, email mortukans@gmail.com; we remove it within 24 hours.

6. Your content

Your only content is your username and avatar choice. You grant us the right to display them to other players in leaderboards, duels and rooms for as long as your account exists.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, name and code belong to the provider. These terms give no right to copy or use them outside the app.

8. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", free of charge. To the extent permitted by Latvian consumer law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on prices shown in the app or from service interruptions.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting your account. We may discontinue or change the service, with prior notice where reasonably possible.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence. Disputes may also be brought to the EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
