Kāpēc šis sludinājums ir spēlē?

Spēlē rādām sludinājumus, kas ir publiski pieejami Latvijas sludinājumu portālos (piemēram, SS.com) ikvienam bez konta. Mēs glabājam tikai faktus (cena, platība, rajons, gads, nobraukums) un saiti uz oriģinālu; fotogrāfijas tiek ielādētas tieši no portāla. Vārdi, tālruņi un precīzas adreses netiek rādīti.

Kā noņemt manu sludinājumu?

Skat. sadaļu "Sludinājuma noņemšana" zemāk – uzraksti e-pastu, un noņemsim 24 stundu laikā.

Kā dzēst kontu?

Lietotnē: Profils → Dzēst kontu. Tas nekavējoties dzēš lietotājvārdu, minējumus, draugus, dueļus un push tokenu no servera. Ja lietotne vairs nav pieejama, raksti mums e-pastu ar savu lietotājvārdu.

Vai spēle maksā? Vai būs reklāmas?

Nē. Spēle ir bez maksas, bez reklāmām un bez pirkumiem lietotnē.

Cena šķiet nepareiza vai novecojusi.

Rādām sludinājumā norādīto prasīto cenu tādu, kāda tā bija ielasīšanas brīdī. Tā nav vērtējums, un portālā cena var būt mainījusies. Ja sludinājums ir acīmredzami kļūdains, raksti mums – noņemsim to no spēles.

Nesaņemu dueļa paziņojumus.

Pārbaudi iOS Iestatījumi → Paziņojumi → Uzmini Cenu, un ka lietotnē esi izvēlējies lietotājvārdu. Pēc lietotnes pārinstalēšanas atver to vienu reizi, lai atjaunotu push tokenu.

Sludinājuma noņemšana

Ja esi sludinājuma autors, fotogrāfs vai portāls un vēlies, lai sludinājumu (vai visus konkrētā avota sludinājumus) noņemam no spēles:

  1. Nosūti e-pastu uz mortukans@gmail.com ar tēmu "Sludinājuma noņemšana".
  2. Norādi sludinājuma saiti (vai portāla nosaukumu, ja pieprasi noņemt visu avotu).
  3. Īpašumtiesību pierādījums nav vajadzīgs. Apstiprināsim saņemšanu un noņemsim sludinājumu 24 stundu laikā. Noņemtu sludinājumu neatjaunojam bez rakstiskas atļaujas.

FAQ

Why is this listing in the game?

We show listings that are publicly visible on Latvian classifieds portals (for example SS.com) to anyone without an account. We store only facts (price, size, district, year, mileage) and a link to the original; photos are loaded directly from the portal. Names, phone numbers and exact addresses are never shown.

How do I remove my listing?

See "Listing takedown" below: send us an email and we remove it within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Delete account. This immediately removes your username, guesses, friends, duels and push token from the server. If you no longer have the app, email us with your username.

Does the game cost anything? Will there be ads?

No. The game is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.

A price looks wrong or outdated.

We show the asking price from the listing as it was when we read it. It is not a valuation, and the price on the portal may have changed since. If a listing is clearly broken, email us and we will take it out of the game.

I don't get duel notifications.

Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Uzmini Cenu, and make sure you have picked a username in the app. After reinstalling, open the app once so the push token is refreshed.

Listing takedown

If you are the advertiser, the photographer or the portal and want a listing (or every listing from a source) removed from the game:

  1. Email mortukans@gmail.com with the subject "Listing takedown".
  2. Include the listing URL (or the portal name if you are asking for a whole source to be removed).
  3. No proof of ownership is required. We acknowledge receipt and remove the listing within 24 hours. Removed listings are not reinstated without written permission.
