Kur glabājas mani ieraksti? Tikai jūsu ierīcē, šifrētā datubāzē. Mēs neredzam audio, transkriptus vai kopsavilkumus.
Where are my recordings stored? Only on your device, in an encrypted database. We never see audio, transcripts or recaps.
Kā strādā Apple Watch? Ja iPhone lietotne ir atvērta, pulkstenis vada ierakstu telefonā. Ja nav — pulkstenis ieraksta pats un pēc tam nosūta audio telefonam apstrādei.
How does the Apple Watch work? With the iPhone app open, the watch controls the phone. Otherwise the watch records on its own and hands the audio to the phone for processing.
Kādās valodās darbojas transkripcija? Latviešu un angļu, arī jauktas vienā sarunā. Diakritiskās zīmes tiek saglabātas.
Which languages does transcription support? Latvian and English, including both mixed in one conversation. Diacritics are preserved.
Kopsavilkums neparādās vai ieraksts “iestrēdzis”. Pārliecinieties, ka ir interneta savienojums (Unlimited un sava atslēga izmanto AI serverī). Atveriet ierakstu un pieskarieties Sākt no jauna. Ja transkripts ir tukšs, mēģiniet vēlreiz — reizēm palīdz cits transkripcijas modelis (sava atslēga).
The recap doesn't appear or a recording seems stuck. Make sure you have internet (Unlimited and Bring-your-own-key use AI in the cloud). Open the recording and tap Restart. If the transcript is empty, try again — a different transcription model can help (Bring-your-own-key).
Kā atcelt abonementu? iPhone Iestatījumi → jūsu vārds → Abonementi → AI Recap → Atcelt. Piekļuve saglabājas līdz perioda beigām.
How do I cancel a subscription? iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AI Recap → Cancel. Access continues until the period ends.
Kā atgūt pirkumu jaunā ierīcē? Iestatījumi → Plāns → Atjaunot pirkumus. Pirkumi ir piesaistīti jūsu Apple ID.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device? Settings → Plan → Restore Purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID.
Kā dzēst manus datus? Lietotnes dzēšana izdzēš visus ierakstus no ierīces. Anonīmos servera ierakstus (plāna statuss, lietojuma skaitītāji) dzēšam pēc pieprasījuma — rakstiet mums, norādot Konta ID (Iestatījumi → Par).
How do I delete my data? Deleting the app removes all recordings from your device. We delete the anonymous server records (plan status, usage counters) on request — email us with your Account ID (Settings → About).
