1. Vienošanās
Lietojot AI Recap, jūs piekrītat šiem noteikumiem un Apple standarta licences līgumam (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Ja nepiekrītat, nelietojiet lietotni.
2. Pakalpojums
AI Recap ieraksta sanāksmes un sarunas iPhone vai Apple Watch, transkribē tās un sagatavo strukturētu kopsavilkumu. Transkripcija un kopsavilkumi tiek veidoti ar runas atpazīšanu un valodas modeļiem, tāpēc tie var saturēt kļūdas; pārbaudiet rezultātu pirms paļaušanās uz to.
3. Abonementi un pirkumi
Unlimited (mēneša abonements) — piekļuve mitinātajai AI apstrādei, līdz 90 min gari ieraksti un bez dienas limita. Abonements tiek automātiski atjaunots katru mēnesi par cenu, kas norādīta lietotnē jūsu reģionam, ja vien to neatceļat vismaz 24 stundas pirms perioda beigām. Maksa tiek ieturēta no jūsu Apple konta. Abonementu varat pārvaldīt un atcelt iestatījumos: App Store → jūsu konts → Abonementi.
Sava atslēga (vienreizējs pirkums) — iespēja izmantot savu OpenRouter atslēgu, līdz 90 min gari ieraksti, eksports un papildu veidnes. Vienreizējs maksājums, netiek atjaunots.
Cenas nosaka App Store jūsu reģionam un tās redzamas pirkuma brīdī. Pirkumus apstrādā Apple; uz tiem attiecas arī Apple noteikumi. Neizmantota bezmaksas perioda daļa (ja tāda ir) tiek zaudēta, iegādājoties abonementu.
4. Jūsu atbildība
Jūs atbildat par ierakstīšanas un piekrišanas likumu ievērošanu vietā, kur ierakstāt, un par dalībnieku informēšanu pirms ieraksta. Jūs apņematies nelietot lietotni nelikumīgiem mērķiem un ievērot izvēlētā AI pakalpojuma (OpenRouter un modeļa piegādātāja) noteikumus, ja izmantojat savu atslēgu.
5. Privātums
Datu apstrādi apraksta mūsu Privātuma politika. Audio, transkripti un kopsavilkumi glabājas jūsu ierīcē; mēs tiem nepiekļūstam.
6. Atruna un atbildības ierobežojums
Lietotne tiek sniegta tāda, kāda tā ir, bez garantijām par precizitāti vai piemērotību konkrētam mērķim. Pieļaujamā likuma apjomā mēs neatbildam par netiešiem vai izrietošiem zaudējumiem, kas rodas no lietotnes vai AI rezultātu lietošanas.
7. Izmaiņas
Mēs varam atjaunināt šos noteikumus. Būtiskas izmaiņas paziņosim lietotnē vai šajā lapā, norādot jaunu spēkā stāšanās datumu.

1. Agreement
By using AI Recap you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard License Agreement (EULA): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. The service
AI Recap records meetings and conversations on your iPhone or Apple Watch, transcribes them, and writes a structured recap. Transcription and recaps are produced by speech recognition and language models and may contain errors; verify the output before relying on it.
3. Subscriptions and purchases
Unlimited (monthly subscription) — access to hosted AI processing, recordings up to 90 minutes, and no daily cap. The subscription renews automatically every month at the price shown in the app for your region, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple account. You can manage and cancel it in App Store → your account → Subscriptions.
Bring-your-own-key (one-time purchase) — use your own OpenRouter key, recordings up to 90 minutes, export, and advanced templates. A single payment; it does not renew.
Prices are set by the App Store for your region and are shown at the point of purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple and are also subject to Apple's terms. Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with recording and consent laws where you record, and for informing participants before recording. You agree not to use the app for unlawful purposes and, if you use your own key, to follow the terms of the AI provider you choose (OpenRouter and the model vendor).
5. Privacy
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. Audio, transcripts and recaps are stored on your device; we do not access them.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties as to accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app or of AI output.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will note material changes in the app or on this page with a new effective date.
